遷居墾殖史 Xu Bintulu history Bintulu Tatau Sebauh Tubau 遷居史 民都魯省許氏宗親發展史 地理概況 民都魯省為馬來西亞砂拉越（Sarawak）瀕海省份之一，地處格明那（Kemena）河口，係本州沿海交通樞紐。轄區包含民都魯（Bintulu）、達島（Tatau）、實巴荷（Sebauh）及都包（Tubau）等縣。 開埠歷史 據史籍記載，早期南來拓墾之華人主要來自廣東、福建及潮州等地。彼等初居民都魯，與當地土著進行商貿往來，民都魯開埠至今已逾一百五十載。 墾殖先驅 1924年，福州實巴荷墾場港主陳立煥奉調自詩巫省公署至民都魯縣署任職。因職務之便，遍訪鄉野，見實巴荷上游土地肥沃，適宜栽種橡膠，遂呈請砂拉越拉者王（Sarawak Rajah）撥地開墾。 我許氏宗親登波公（1966年卒），祖籍中國古田上丁山鄉，攜妻挈子保向、保聚首抵實巴荷（Sebauh），披荊斬棘，夙夜匪懈，與同鄉協力墾荒，共植橡膠，勤耕農作。 其後，許逸用、許祖滿、許寶朋、許保灼等陸續遷至，共同參與拓荒事業。 商業發展 商業方面，首位至民都魯經商之許氏宗親為潮州籍許炳合（祖籍廣東潮安縣宏安鄉）。1931年，其先與友人王長光合資經營，翌年邀同鄉許日中自古晉來民都魯共創「協勤號」。 數年後各自創業：許炳合創立「許民生號」，許日中則創「許日中號」，經營京果布匹。後因第二次世界大戰爆發而歇業，避居長屋。 1946年戰後，重返市區重建亞答屋續營。經甲必丹陳敬之倡議，興建新店屋，至1950年部分竣工。許日中於海唇街43號設「許日中號」，許民生則於海唇街51號營業，各營京果布匹生意。 許日中宗親（1978年卒）曾任： 民都魯中華商會創會會長（1975-1976） 民都魯中華公學董事長 中華公會主席 廣東公會主席 實為民都魯難得之華人領袖。 另福建閩清籍許增梓公所營「福成金鋪」，係民都魯首間金鋪。 經濟建設 1954年，許氏宗親與實巴荷福州同鄉向政府申請於民都魯開闢新閩河墾區（今稱實比河Sebiew），規劃種植高產橡膠，獲准實施。1957年起，許道鍾、許智梨、許志祥等12位許氏宗親自詩巫遷至，參與高產橡膠種植計劃。 1978年，民都魯縣議會職權移交民都魯發展局（Bintulu Development Authority，簡稱BDA），發展突飛猛進。當局陸續開發： 格明那工業區（Kemena Industrial Estate） 金達工業區（KINDA Industrial Estate） 吉都隆工業區（Kidurong Industrial Estate） 三馬拉珠工業區（Samalaju Industrial Estate） 吸引跨國企業設廠，如： 馬來西亞液化天然氣廠（Malaysia Liquefied Natural Gas） 殼牌綜合蒸餾廠（Shell Middle Distillate Synthesis） 東協民都魯尿素肥料廠（ASEAN Bintulu Fertilizer） 深水碼頭（Bintulu Port） 木材加工業 棕櫚油精煉廠等 宗親成就 許氏宗親在各領域表現傑出： 政界：許長國上議員 教育界：許華翔、許亦光、許統玉、許惠英 醫衛界：許志鳳 政府部門：許碧順、許義光 建築業：許道雄、許道松、許道鎔 木材業：許長國、許亦圖 工業界：許步平、許步安 金融界：許禎惠、許志誠 現況與展望 民都魯自昔時寂寂無聞之漁村，躍居砂拉越最大工業城鎮，2009年人口約146,400人。 1993年，由許長國召集許財源、許崇華、許亦光、許起桂、許志欽、許仕興等籌組「民都魯高陽許氏公會」，1995年獲准成立。現有會員逾300人，期許更多宗親加入，共謀福祉，造福社會國家。 許日中宗賢 許華翔宗賢 許志凤宗賢 墾殖史略 1957年中，許志黎與其堂弟許志程隨一批泗里街（Sarikei）同鄉前往林夢（Limbang）開墾種植橡膠。然當他們完成伐木及土地測量後，發現該地段面積不足實施墾殖計劃，遂放棄林夢土地返回詩巫。途經民都魯市時，特往訪時任民都魯中央醫院醫務長之堂兄許益清（志風）。 晤談期間，獲悉民都魯當時正大力發展橡膠種植業。許志黎即請託志風堂兄協助向土地局查詢可申請之地段。經土地局官員查閱地圖後，告知雙溪尼固（Sungai Nyigu）尚有一片百餘依甲未申請土地。 得此訊息後，許志黎立即向土地局預訂該地段，隨即返詩巫召集多位宗親（包括許志程、許志泰、許志來、許志芭、許志祥、許道仁、許起善等）共同赴民都魯開發此土地。 當時民都魯正值發展期，許志俄與許興平等宗親已在實比荷開展橡膠種植。其後，許豪善、許極善兄弟亦至民都魯開設「大豐寶號」雜貨店，而許志欽則前來創辦木器廠。 許志黎宗賢 許志程宗賢 許志祥宗賢 許志凤宗賢 創會與會所史略
